County Court Judgements (CCJs)
CCJs registered 36 months ago will be ignored.
CCJs up to £500 (satisfied or unsatisfied) are permitted.
Mortgage Arrears
Mortgage Arrears that occurred over 24 months ago will be ignored.
2 Mortgage Arrears (satisfied or unsatisfied) are permitted, however no new mortgage arrears are permitted in last 3 months.
Individual Voluntary Agreements (IVAs)
IVAs that were satisfied 36 months ago will be permitted.
